CC Exam ID Requirements

Hello, hope you're all doing well. Please I am facing issues regarding my registration for the CC exam. Can someone guide me on how to solve this issue?

Check out the latest message from @mariatirado in the Exams channel (https://community.isc2.org/t5/Exams/Important-Message/m-p/78905 ).  Looks like there is a known issue that they are working on.

Hello,

Please Ì want to reconfirm the date of my exam, it was supposed to be thus
month but they said the date wasn't available and I didn't reschedule it
but when I checked it says May 5th. Is this the right please?

i am experiencing same issue , dont know what to do ... have  you being able to rectify it ?

@ShadowTrue Make sure all the fields are completed correctly and your email field includes the same email address you used when you enrolled in the program.

After that you will receive an email with next steps which includes a link to register exam with Pearson Vue and Study Resource links. 

I was only able to register after I completed all the training modules.  You also receive a confirmation email after you register for a testing site with details on how to reschedule 48 hours prior to your exam date.

Not sure if this information helps but if your exam is scheduled for May 5th you should have a confirmation email and information to reschedule.
