Passed CISSP Exam on May 1st, No confirmation email received

Hi,

I passed the CISSP exam on May 1; but have not received a confirmation email from ISC2 yet.

My ISC ID showing different on ISC2.org and Pearson VUE.
I hope this is not the issue; my email address is same on VUE and ISC2.

Can anyone help me out here?

Do I need to do something to get confirmation email?

They said that there is no official confirmation after passing the exam. So no worries

After passing the exam, I got a paper from PearsonVUE, where there is
information that I should expect an email from them within 2-5 business
days with further instructions. So what should I do now?

Yes; It was solved and delay was due to COVID last year. All you need to wait for confirmation email that takes 2-4 weeks for most.
