Cem was a member of IT transformations and merger of large banks, as well as establishments of internal audit and technology risk management functions in different industries. Cem’s current and past clients include entities in the banking and financial services, telecommunication, pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, energy, education, television broadcasting, public sector, healthcare, and gaming, as well as information management, business process, and technology outsourcing service providers.
