Just to clarify.  Am I correct to presume that reading "older" magazines is still eligible for CPE credit.  It is just that since there is no quiz, we need to manually add the CPEs.  And, since manually entered CPEs  are subject to audit, it is best that we maintain some sort of evidence to memorialize the effort.
