Urgent Need Help | Paid CISSP exam fees but not reflected on my account

Today, I tried to purchase the CISSP exam (749$) for my second attempt and after purchasing I have seen an error on the CISSP page but the amount has been detected from my credit card.

My CISSP dashboard doesn't show details for purchasing either. I spoke with bank customer care support and they said the transaction has been done.

I have a raised an issue and sent email to ICS2 Team. (membersupport@isc2.org)

ISC2 Community mods/admins don't work on weekends.

It sounds like you have 2 issues: 1 being that you were charged even though you have the Peace of Mind voucher, and the other being the exam not showing up? Thanks for reply. I have taken first attempt on 4th April 2025 and didn't buy peace of mind voucher.. now I am going to buy Exam only option. Further, I have raised ticket with member support team.
