I passed my CC exam on May 29, but I have not received a congratulatory email or any post-exam instructions except for Pearson VUE survey about the exam experience.
The exam center also did not provide any printout confirmation either.
So I completed the endorsement process myself via the ISC2 website and have already paid for my membership. However, I still have not received my Credly badge.
I can click on "Claim Your Badges" button and it redirects me to Credly site, but no badge appears or is available to claim.
Could you please assist with issuing the badge?
P.S. I’ve already both emailed badges@isc2.org and opened a ticket on contact us page but haven’t received a response. I also tried Live Chat, but it doesn't work and always shows that it’s outside working hours.
