Hi All, 

My name is Kevin and I have worked for over 20 years in IT. Started out with Windows 3.1 and Linux and worked with everything from Windows Server, Netapp Storage, IBM Servers, Exchange Server, Azure, Vmware, PKI environments, Cisco firewalls and multi vendor VPN deployments. 

I have worked in Infrastructure for many years and now contracting. This is because of many businesses need help with a lot of things and I help them out. I have recently passed my CC and doing my CISSP in 2 weeks. I have taken the plunge into security because I have to. I have to look after BCDR, look at firewall logs and IDS logs. I have protected against multiple ransomware attacks and educated users on Phishing scams. 

Nice to be here and im actually looking forward to my CISSP exam.

My name is Jared. Currently, work as a system admin. However, I take my CC in a week and plan to go from there. Was in Marines and that protection bug still is there. Other than that I am married with a beautiful and intelligent daughter. As well as a son who has grown up too fast for me.

Hello!
Your custom support team sent an email that my inquiry will be responded to within 7days and it’s been 11 days now. i haven’t heard anything from them other than that.
Also I recently received an email informing me that my enrollment for the Official ISC2 CC Online Self-Paced Training - 1M has expired. I would like to know how I can regain access to this benefit, as I am planning to take my CC exam soon and would like to take advantage of the first-attempt free trial.
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether I am still eligible for the free first exam attempt.

Hello All!

I'm Justyn hailing from Maryland, USA. I've been a CISSP since April 2020.

Just a couple of things about my professional career:

• I've led a state government NOC/SOC.
• I've led cybersecurity for a thrift retail company.
• I'm a USAF veteran and former NCO.

I'm really trying to connect with others in the Cybersecurity community out of the DMV area. Preferably people who know and understand the difficulties of introverts and meeting other people. It's an odd thing to state, especially considering the leadership roles I've held in military, government, and civilian positions. I like to say, "I'm an extrovert at work but as soon as I get home, I'm an introvert." While meeting people remains a challenging and terrifying experience, I still desire to grow my professional network, get to know others, and find a professional mentor.
