How can I fnd my voucher code?

Good Morning --

I am attempting to register for webinars and purchase materials and need my voucher code. I reviewed all emails sent by ISC2, this forum, and called the 1800 number.

• I did not see a voucher code in any email
• When reviewing this forum, it was suggested to email training@isc2.org -- I did so about 10 days ago and have not received a response
• Prior to that, I called 1-866-331-ISC2(4722) was on hold for 15 minutes -- it then gave a message -- in essence, we are busy and don't want to keep you on hold and ended the call

How can I obtain my voucher code to further my studies so I can take the exam? Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you, in advance, for your time.

Look for an email from adminlearn@isc2.org

Thank you for your response. I have reviewed all emails from the domain isc2.org, and I do not have any that relate to a voucher code. Following your recommendation, I conducted a search for adminlearn@isc2.org and have not received an email from that address.
