AMF and Support Frustration!!

Paid my AMF fees but the portal has not updated for days since to reflect this. Asked for help via the website, no help. Emailed, no help. Called, no answer. Requested call back, no callback. Tried chatting to someone online, keep getting dropped. I'm thinking about trying divine intervention next! WTH!?

did you manage to get response from support? on this. its very scary transacting via isc2. all the way from Philippines i had to call Hongkong isc2 office for help.

Yes from Hongkong support team i called them. received mail from them that they still validate with ISC Finance team with info provided on the transactions i made, support tells me that it may take days to validate as per response. But ISC should do better of not allowing these kind of issue. Hassle, i even questioning if really ISC allowing these bugs in production. Nerve racking not on exam but payments from ISC website. 🙂

Im having a similar problem, first it says there was an error after paying but transaction is pending, now if i go to checkout i cannot pass the personal info, it'stuck with the spinner, tested on diferent pcs and nothing

Youre not alone on this. Yesterday @Dhani also had this issue just like mine.
