Paid my AMF fees but the portal has not updated for days since to reflect this. Asked for help via the website, no help. Emailed, no help. Called, no answer. Requested call back, no callback. Tried chatting to someone online, keep getting dropped. I'm thinking about trying divine intervention next! WTH!?
Pretty much anything ISC2 does takes a week or two, so no need to panic just yet.
Do keep a copy of your payment receipt, though. It is your get-out-of-jail-free card.
@mariatirado, This ought to be reported to the developers as a bug so that they can avoid forcing end users to manually work around the shortcoming and so that it does not increase support staff workload.
This is generally happens when the web developer modifies the contents of a web page without updating either the file name or the file's "last modified" timestamp, which causes the If-Modified-Since HTTP header to falsely answer "304 no changes", meaning the browser is free to use its cached copy instead of downloading a fresh one.
This does not work. Can you direct me to the team who can register exams?
Having the same issue here. Reloading the cache does nothing but adds on to my frustration. I have been trying to contact the hotline/messenger and even the email but im getting 0 response/support on this.
I have made payment twice on my account with no changes to my dashboard. Im still waiting a response for a refund of my payment and the reinstatement of my ISC2 membership status.
Thanks 🙂
I want to report a similar experience, which is disappointing because I've just recently passed the CISSP, and this certainly doesn't present the best first impression.
