This is truly a worrying phenomenon. The treasure trove of OSINT doesn't just apply to terrain mapping, thermal or moisture composition, or [insert whatever new desired technological capability]. Imagine how a bad actor might learn where farmers store their diesel or ammonium nitrate. Imagine when farmers inadvertently fly drones near utility and service lines which are adjacent to cropland. Their high resolution images reveal details about OT protection mechanisms around substations.
It's not the uses I think of. It's the misuses that bother me.
