Online Church Community and threat front-end

With COVID-19 lots of community gatherings such as religious communities have gone 'Digital'. The smaller entities are now using main stream media to broadcast their programs and to bring their 'Congregants' together. With that the sharing of information is a critical factor both for donations as well as for 'Kids' program (Title 22 requires them to keep all info for the events/participants); 

Most older Church apps aren't hardened and some of the older ones still use SSL as they don't support TLS. Beside converting to a newer application using TLS 3.0 is there another recommend one can make to them?

I rather suspect that most churches would be using Zoom or another pre-built,
rather than any home-built videoconferencing apps. (Thus evangelizing the
monitoring station in China ...)
