I personally just allow all cookies and use a plugin that deletes them 30 seconds after I close the page, whitelisting just a few specific sites.

 

Keeps the site from misbehaving while I am using it. Hopefully it also helps flood their records with lots of small irreconcilable sessions.

@denbestenIf it is Google, let them have all they can digest.

 

However I do like to use the Firefox NoScript to protect boundaries from Cross Script and malicious attacks, which is well recommended on my home system.
