I think the article is a human problem, possibly caused by some reporter having to fill a bunch of space on a slow news day. Technically, there don't appear to be many errors in grammar or spelling, it's just that the material is banal, pedestrian, and pointless.
@rsladeI would differ with your assessment - given the rush to develop new technologies without realising the full implications and then effectively testing them with the human Guiana Pigs within various organisations and via the Internet.
It highlights the banal attitude of most development organisations to rush new technologies to the market, to make a return and by cutting corners including testing - whereas they can achieve almost free testing via human beings.
Where is the security by design, and privacy by design elements? Or do these organisations risk their brand, reputation to increasingly bigger elements of customer reactions i.e. churn to switch within hours to another preferred supplier? Bringing down stock market valuations down or even causing them to fall off the stock market, if they were on it in the first place.
