Preferred hashing technique or Tool for non-technical customer support (CRM) personnel

Friends,

Can someone suggest Preferred hashing technique or Tool for non-technical customer support (CRM) personnel to use it seemlessly with no brain Smiley FrustratedSmiley Happy

My CRM team has to send personalized URLs for customers where they have to append an URL parameter

with some unique ID which should not be tampered (I mean integrity of that ID is very important.)

Obviously our tech team suggested Hash of some thing which is mapped to the ID in a DB.

But i realized they are not in a situation to use hash of something and not willing to take any hassle of that idea.Smiley Surprised

I 'm just thinking anything else can be a simple laymen solution for this.

Thanks for suggestion.

Use the Hasher Chrome browser extension or the Hash Tool available in the Microsoft Store.
