More data slipping out and winding up the wrong place.

Gotta love the carriers getting paid for location data.  Good thing it wasn't an angry husband tracking down and killing his wife.  While I am no longer with them, I am very glad that Verizon wasn't named, we spent a lot of time talking about how to protect privacy and anonymize data properly while still monetizing it, but VzW did the anonymization itself.

This is appalling, who would you prefer to have access to this?  Government or the bounty hunters?  GPS is one of the weaknesses systems out there, and actually subject to major hacks, yet like DNS we depend upon it. It only stayed a closed secret, until people got greedy again.
