Material for volnteer work

I am going to present in a college for under graduate student on cyber security, current trends , how they can be safe in cyber world and career in cyber security. Any material around this would be helpful. I am doing this as a volunteer to raise awareness among cyber security .

appreciate if anyone can help with presentation, podcast, material that does not have copy right attached to it and I can use them in my presentation.

Thank you,

Ashish

Sorry, who are you? Are you a CISSP? If so, you should know something about
security awareness. And presentations. Do you have *any* background in
security?

Have you checked out
https://safeandsecureonline.org/
or
https://iamcybersafe.org/ ?

OK, that gives a rough idea of level, but:

What kinds of students? Computer science? Intro to infosec? First year?
Getting ready to grad? Arts students? (If it's arts students, tell them to make a
backup.)

> on cyber security,

Read them a chapter of "Security Engineering," by Ross Anderson. Read them the
CBK: you can't go wrong. And tell them to make a backup.

> current trends ,

Read the RISKS-Dorum Digest.

> how they can be safe in cyber world

Tell them to make a backup.

Tell them to go into sales. They'll make more money. (If they remember to
make a backup of their contacts list.)

Tell them to make a backup.

Remind them to make more than one type of backup.

Those of us that read through the web interface are able to click on his name and quickly answer that question through the magic of badges.  Just thought I would share before retreating to the comfort of my fallout shelter Smiley Happy.

As it happens, using the "reply via email" function, I *do* make a backup of most
of my posts ...
