I've been struggling to no avail for about four days to get access after clicking on 'Enroll in free training" via the free access to Official ISC2 Online Self-Paced Training for Certified in Cybersecurity. Each time I try, I keep getting a pop message, "ACCESS DENIED; you do not have permission to sign in. "
I've done virtually everything I learned, including deleting browsing data, clearing cache/cookies, changing browsers,, using other devices, etc, yet the issue persists. Please, I urgently need every help to be able to gain access and start my learning in preparation for the free certified in cybersecurity exam. Thanks for your anticipated, prompt reply.
