Unfortunately, I am not sure that the Washington's Privacy law is still a Bill or is a law yet. I do know that even if it is a law, it is not as substantial as say California's law..
I do not agree with the judge and wonder if he drives and uses his phone when he drives.
Wonder how it would have turned out in a different state? Also think the heading is slightly misleading.
