"Something went wrong! An error has occurred. Please contact support." when adding new CPE

Greetings,

 

I'm having an error when I try to add new CPE. I recently watched a Brighttalk webinar and wants to add it but I'm having this message when continuing: "Something went wrong! An error has occurred. Please contact support."
