Wrong name on certificate

Hi, Sorry, I never thoght i will feel upset on seeing my certificate.

Much before taking the exam, I called up pearson about capitalization error in my last name and they assured me that it does not matter, I insisted on getting that corrected, sounding a little annoyed, the lady gave me ISC2 number. I found time to call up ISC2, Again the lady started mocking me saying that ISC2 has your right name with right capitalization and its them who give the certificate and not pearson. I again insisted and she said that we will send a note to pearson to get it corrected although it does not matter. Both The pearson and ISC2 was incorrect. I got the certificate today with the same name that I have been calling them to get corrected. I had to wait to find time and tried multiple times to call up in the first place. Mistake happens, but the unprofessionalism that ISC2 representative displayed was unacceptable. Now how is this going to get corrected. I want to return my cerificate.

As rude, unprofessional and just downright unacceptable as it is to mock a client,
customer, and potential (and now actual: congrats) over their name, it's very
tempting to say that they are correct: they have your money, so your name does
*NOT* matter ...

The magic incantation is @tonyshiver @AndreaMoore @Kaity

(Or do a search for users with isc2 and list every single one you find ...)
