If you need help from ISC2 regarding your membership – which is anything from the CPE portal to AMF inquiries, communication preferences or profile changes, etc. – please continue to contact your regional Member Support team. You can reach those folks on weekdays during business hours in their local time zone.

Hello, I have a problem with CISSP online self-paced training purchase as it does not appear on ISC2 courses/learning also I received no invoice. I sent two requests to membersupport@isc2.org on June 28th (almost 3 weeks ago btw...) no reply to either of my requests, phone number is not reachable as well. I would appreciate some info, help please.

Hello, I really feel sorry to know that it is very difficult to reach ISC2 in today time.

 

I paid my fees and facing issue no contact found. Chat window is closed.

I am having some issues contacting support team members through the chat. I opened an issue last week for an invoice-related matter but no answer still. Is there any way to contact the support team? It should be an easy thing to solve.
