When will my CPE status be updated. The last time it was updated

I was emailed by support and told that i have no carryover CPEs when i currenlty have 198 with 40= of those being taken within the last 6 months and it has not carried over. the last update to my SPE status has been October 2020. Please assist.  Thank you
