The website is not allowing me to use a virtual AMEX card (through my company) to pay for and schedule ISSEP exam. Is there a way to fix this? I have tried multiple computers,and multiple browsers (including clearing cache on all, clearing the cart, logging out, running a virus scan on the multiple computers multiple times, rebooting the multiple computers multiple times). Please advise. Thank you

I have already reached by email 2 times and 2 phone calls. The second call resulted in an escalated ticket. If this doesn't work today (May 23 2025), I lose the funding from my company which would then result in paying out of pocket (per their requirements).
Not sure what else to do besides lose this funding opportunity and look at this exam down the road (next year) when funding becomes available.
I have lost the funding to purchase a voucher to take the ISSEP exam.
I understand that the volume of requests for help is a lot and overwhelming for support and the engineers.
My escalated ticket was not responded to in 24 hours (as stated in an email received on May 22, 2025 at 9:48 AM from C*** B*****).
No worries. Any tickets or email requests for help from me regarding this please close them out.

Thank you for being a valued, multi-credentialed ISC2 member. Please accept my apologies for this delayed response. Right about the time you informed us that you lost the funding for your ISSEP exam, I was trying to contact you via phone. I did have some thoughts about the difficulty with the virtual credit card and was hoping to be able to resolve the issue while we were on the phone.
In any case, we will make this right for you.
