Wanting to cancel my ISC2 Endorsement backed application and start new application

I recently provisionally passed my ISC2 SSCP certification exam, and completed an ISC2-endorsed application, today 08/04/2025.  Following the completion of my application, a previous colleague reached out and stated they will be willing to endorse me.  Can someone help me with cancelling my current application and starting a new one with using my colleague as my endorser?
