Can I get support on my members profile.
It still says I am not-a-member.
It a happened after I updated my mailing address.To make sure that hard-copy materials are mailed to the correct address.
I can't use the online verification of the certification, nor add it to the acclaim platform.
Already sent email to member support.
Any idea.I appreciate the help
@GhaziWadi I've confirmed it's been escalated for attention but unfortunately no resolution yet. I apologize - hopefully very soon!
The issue of duplicate account was resolved and now I see my credentials and members profile.
