Unable to verify certificate and membership

Hi, 

Can I get support on my members profile.

 

It still says I am not-a-member.

It a happened after I updated my mailing address.To make sure that  hard-copy materials are mailed to the correct address.

 

I can't use the online verification of the certification, nor add it to the acclaim platform.

 

Already sent email to member support. 

 

Any idea.I appreciate the help

Sounds like an issue related to duplicated data. I will get a ticket over to our support team ASAP.

@GhaziWadi I've confirmed it's been escalated for attention but unfortunately no resolution yet. I apologize - hopefully very soon!
