Unable to make payment for AMF after endorsement

Hi All, 

I'm getting the error message (pointed in green) when I'm trying to make the payment for my AMF, after my CISSP has been endorsed. 

Does anyone having the same issue as mine too? Is there any other way for me to make the payment? 

Tried different cards and getting the same error. Can anyone help me?
