Unable to add CPEs

Please reference this older post:

https://community.isc2.org/t5/Member-Support/Unable-to-add-CPEs-Domain/m-p/46761/highlight/true#M902...

My symptoms seem almost identical to this issue. My CISSP is up for renewal by 31 Mar 2024, and I have my last several groups of CPEs to load in the system, however the website is currently not allowing me to add any CPEs. I can only progress through steps 1&2 before getting stuck at step 3 - Domain.

When attempting to pay my AMF, I am given the message that I must complete my current CPEs before paying my AMF. I have also tried logging out and back in, clearing browser cache, different browser, different computer to no avail.

Another odd thing I am noticing is that I get the below red error message upon even first loading the CPE portal page:

Error MessageError Message

Of course, I tried calling Customer Service phone line several times and did not get through, until finally receiving a notice to call back during business hours - I am on the West Coast of USA, so we are 3 hours behind EST.

The issue is observed across multiple platforms (Linux distros, Apple iPad, and Android). The error message randomly appears when adding CPEs via iPad, laptop, and desktop using different browsers. Unable to proceed beyond step 3 Domain of the upload process. Please resolve soon. Thank you

Registering for CPE "Something went wrong! An error has occurred. Please contact support."

appears and an error occurs when inputting.
Also, I held Certificate. But, print the digital certificate, a blank screen appears.
Can you tell if something is wrong?

Same issue here, and I am on the same cycle for deadline.  I noticed it last night.  😞
