Unable to Sign Up as Candidate

I've been trying to sign up as an ISC candidate from NZ, but my mobile number is not being accepted.  Keeps on saying that it needs to be in a valid format.

Appreciate any help with this.

I am having same issue, I cant add job history because of Supervisory phone field wrong validation. 
@kjohnson_cx can u pls support.
