Hi Support Team,
I have reported the rescheduling error over the member support email "membersupport@isc2.org" about the issue initially on 1st Dec 2025 and my actual exam we scheduled on 10th Dec. I have received a valid exam voucher from the courses and exams as mentioned below.

but while scheduling my CISSP Exam redirecting to PearsonVUE site still errors with following error message even with new voucher which was assigned by ISC2 member support on 17th Dec 2025.

I have observed that in my order's list is unable to display by purchases.

I have dropped multiple email to ISC2 member support but no response ,Please do the needful in fixing this issue.
