OK, first I tried to sign out and sign in for the "May the Fourth" schtick, and got locked out.
So I was trying to use "reply via email," to sort of shotgun broadcast the problem since I couldn't sign on, and "reply via email" stared rejecting every single reply I made.
(The shotgun approach actually worked out, since @AlecTrevelyan posted a kludge for the sign in issue.)
Now "subscriptions" seems to be broken again.
Can't you guys get/keep anything working on this site?
My login to the Community is also not working but the kludge did.
Can someone please look into it?
Using Chrome DevTools I see the following when I deliberately type my password incorrectly when trying to login directly to the community as opposed to using the workaround of logging in to the member portal first and using single sign-on to authenticate to the community - this shows there is connectivity occurring (note the "200 OK" status code for additional confirmation beyond the invalid email or password error message).
Now when I enter the correct password I don't see any messages displayed on the web page and it just seems to sit there. However the DevTools show a generic "500 internal server error" status code has been returned - additional details on the error can be seen in the console in the bottom right hand side of the screenshot.
Hope this helps with the troubleshooting and resolution!
Thank you for posting about your issues. I am looking into these things to see what could be happening here. When I have more information I will update you all here.
To assist in troubleshooting, in my case, I get the login screen. When I enter my information and press login, nothing happens. In other words, the screen does not seem to react to the prompt to log in.

Hah! I thought you said your Apple stuff worked just fine! 🙂
It did work on Apple.....but stopped last week........
