I’m having a technical issue with some of the courses on the learn.isc2.org; Any course that uses a “content object” that spawns a separate tab, will not track that section as being viewed in the overall course. This makes it appear that the course wasn’t viewed in its entirety and prevents the issue of the completion award to submit for CPE’s.
Yesterday the brightspace customer service was able to help me with the issue for a course I had completed and successfully tested in but the same thing is happening with a subsequent course I am starting. I want to address this issue before going through the entire course.
Anything I can do about this aside from contacting brightspace after every course that I have this issue with? It doesn’t happen with any course that doesn’t have content objects in them. I also have all ad/script blocking off in the browser. This is a consistent and repeatable problem.
