That sounds like something you will need to contact membersupport to get fixed. Do keep in mind that their offices follow banker's hours.
I continue to have authentications failures (as earlier reported), but with a different error message. You might try the workaround I have mentioned.

Actually I am already completely certified. Just don't know why I still got this error after trying it for days.

I have the same error when trying to pay my fist annual Fee. This is frustrating not to be able to complete the last step of this long certification process...
I already sent a mail to the support but no response at this stage..
Exact error message for me is (I am already logged on the web site) :
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.
