SSCP Endorsement Wait (9 weeks waiting)

Hello,

I passed the SSCP Certification on October 17, 2018, and applied the endorsement on October 24, 2018. I have been waiting for 9 weeks by now, and no one is answering the emails. 

Please, can someone help me or is facing a similar situation?

Our endorsement time has been running longer than expected due to higher than normal volumes. I did check in with our team and they mentioned that they would be reaching out to you about your endorsement.  The best way to proceed with your endorsement will be to work with that team directly.

Yesterday, Michelle from Endorsement Processing and Audit Lead sent an email yesterday, and there was a file missing from the Endorsement.
