Rollover CPE

My certification cycle has just ended and I have earned over 40 CPEs in the last 6 months of my certification cycle for CISSP but don't see any of these populated in the new CPE cycle. Should these be populating automatically or is some manual intervention required?

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I had to email member support and they got it taken care of for me.
