Hello. Im trying to reschedule my peace of mind retake but its stating that its expired for some reason. It only showed me the expiration date just recently when trying to reschedule so I had no idea that there was even an issue.
I had initial issues/delays with the voucher and support reset both of my attempts to be due by October 30th for the 180day deadline. I still have the email.
My first attempt was on Sept 26th and was suppose to have enough time for the retake, but I am unable to get any scheduling done.
I have been unable to get in contact via phone and I havent had a reponse on my support ticket yet.
I just need help getting the date corrected in time so I can get my retake scheduled. Thanks
