Help Needed: ISC2 CC Retake Scheduling Issue

Hi everyone, I urgently need help regarding my ISC2 CC exam retake.

When I try to set a schedule, I can’t proceed to the date selection step. I keep getting this error message:
“The candidate currently has an open registration for the CC exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time.”

I want to clarify that I am still using my old ISC2 account, and I did not create or schedule any exam for this retake. This is the free retake provided by ISC2, and I’m only trying to schedule it now.

I’m starting to think the issue may be related to recently updating my account information. I was previously listed as a student, and I’ve since updated my profile because I am now working. I’m not sure if this change caused the system to flag my registration as “open.”

My concern is that this retake expires on January 31, and I’m worried I won’t be able to book a slot in time if this isn’t resolved soon. If this account update is the issue, is there any way this can be fixed or assisted with so I can schedule my exam before the deadline?

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Any help or escalation contacts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
