Provisionally Passed CISSP, but no email results or contact from ISC2 for over 2 months

I provisionally passed my CISSP exam on 9 NOV 2023. The printed congratulatory document directed me to wait for psychometric/forensic evaluation and official notice to begin my associate application. It has been over 10 weeks and I have sent two emails to customer support. I have received no contact or response of any kind.

Solution: After reaching out to the chatbot I was connected to support staff. US Department of Defense networks seem to have a 50/50 shot at blocking ISC2 emails. I used my personal email as an alternative to my work and received the confirmation and guidance email.
