I have made the payment for the exam, but it hasn’t been purchased or reflected in my account. It also doesn’t appear under the “Courses and Certifications” section. Please look into this issue and update my account accordingly.

I received this reply in the live chat from one of your agents:

On a related note, I had a similar issue when I'd last made an online purchase for a new phone --- all of my earlier purchases were relatively small amounts, but this one got to a figure. For this reason, the bank felt it best to block the transaction --- for security sake --- so, although I removed my net banking restrictions, the transaction was still blocked...
When I tried contacting the vendor, I was told it was all fine on their side, so I then got in touch with my bank. Their support made some 'verification' call to authenticate the transaction request, & after I confirmed that to them verbally, it was approved...
To sum it up, you might face a similar issue with your bank: although you might have lifted all the restrictions, if they've put on something from their side too, you'll be impacted. Give them a ring to confirm it...
