Cannot add the Career Development Express course when logged in

Hello, I've received the email informing that the Career Development Express course is free for all Members until 31 December 2025. Link to it is this one: https://www.isc2.org/professional-development/express-courses/career-development

If I login before putting it into the cart, the button to add it to the cart doesn't work.

If I add it to the cart as anonymous user, it works. But then if I login after that, the course is not free, it has applied a 20% discount. 

I've tried it on both desktop and mobile browsers, same behaviour. 

Can you check out if it's working correctly the website in this case? Thank you.

Correction, the promotion ends October 31. So I really would like to solve this problem quickly.
