I recently received confirmation that my CISSP endorsement has been approved. However, my Member Dashboard still shows an outstanding Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF), even though I submitted the $85 payment on April 17 prior to my endorsement approval.
I’ve been trying to resolve this for the past three days by phone and chat, but haven’t been able to reach anyone. I’ve also submitted multiple support requests without receiving a response.
Could you please confirm whether my payment will be applied to my current certification? If not, should I make the payment again and request a refund, or will the original payment be applied to next year’s AMF?
Thank you for your help. I look forward to resolving this and getting my certification finalized.

Hi @bfarooq
As long as you've sent us a message - either email or using our contact us form - then we have your information and will work through it and send a response directly.
We've had a higher volume of queries than normal over the past 2 weeks, following our site update, and so the team is taking longer to get back to folks than we normally do. We've also had to turn chat off for a few days to allow the team to get caught up on phone calls and emails.

Do you have an idea of how long it is taking for responses? I have basically the same issue and emailed support almost a week ago. Also having the same issue with contacting via chat.
@bluehatmike It looks like it can take about a week, but nothing for sure yet. Hopefully I’ll hear something today, and I’ll let you know if I do. Definitely frustrating not getting through via chat either.
I'm just reading this post on 29th July and it appears the problems still persist. I can't reach ISC2 on any of their contact channels to discuss my endorsement problems..., just not good enough.
Hello @bugah9 - I can see in our system that a support agent reached out to you via email this Tuesday. Please let me know if you were able to get in touch! Be sure to check your spam folder for an email from us 🙂
