Passed CC Exam on OCTOBER 25, No confirmation email received

Hi,

I passed the CC exam on OCTOBER 25; but have not received a confirmation email from ISC2 yet

my friends receive it on same day.

my email address is same on VUE and ISC2.

Can anyone help me out here?

Do I need to do something to get confirmation email?

please help me
