Not showing as a member?!

Hi all;

got my 'congratulations' email yesterday (yay!), and went into my dashboard, paid my AMF, all good.

some of my profile seems to have been updated as I now see acknowledgement that the AMF is paid and "I'm all set", however my profile still shows as 'non-member' and I cant access any of the member content.

Is this expected (eg it takes a few days), or something I need raise somewhere?

thanks for the help guys!

They are still having problems with processing and the website.

I've emailed and called multiple times to no response.

I see they processed my payment but certainly haven't updated my status.

I'd continue to reach out to member services and check back frequently.

Their appears to be a massive number of problems with the new website that they are trying to resolve.

Really? There are *problems* with the ISC2 Website and systems?

(Sorry, @Bvoris. The sarcasm is not directed at you. [Welcome to the madhouse,
by the way.] And not even at you posting about a known problem. Even if it's a
known problem, everyone who experiences it should report it. That *might*
[emphasis on the "might"] force the non-existent and laughably named "member
support" to pay attention. Especially since this "community" is pretty much wide
open to non-members and the entire world, and [almost] everything we say here is
world readable ...)

@rslade No worries I understand. I'll still strip for renewal of certifications though Smiley Wink

Re: Not showing as a member?!

I've got that issue too. Seems like some of the servers (cpe.isc2.org, community.isc2.org) do recognize my status, and others, most notably www.isc2.org and learn.isc2.org, still think I'm a non-member...
