No e-mail is received by my endorser

Hello all, 

 

I have submitted my endorsement application and I was notified after submitting it that I am going to receive a confirmation e-mail, however I haven't received it yet also my endorser hasn't received an e-mail to be able to review the application. 

 

Can you please confirm if this is normal?

I have sent an e-mail to EMEA support but also nothing is received.

I have been contacted by the support mentioning the required steps to be followed by the endorser.
