No access to PDI for a new member

Hi there,

 

I am a new member (awarded on 12 August) and I don't have access to PDI (not authorized error). I reached to technical support one week ago but didn't get any response.

 

Could please someone look into this?

Happy to help. You can private message me your member ID, or you can email the team at learn@isc2.org, and they will enroll you in all the courses.
