Need Payment verification

Hello. I am trying to submit a request to my company for reimbursement of my mx fees for CISSP. Im running into snag after snag. This is the statement that they sent me:

"From EdAssist Admin

Please submit your paid membership receipt from the provider showing your full name, the provider name, the membership charges and duration, and method of payment. Thank you!"

I cannot find all of this in one place. Is there a contact location where I can request documentation like this?

Please email all of this that you need along with your name, best contact information, and your member ID # to membersupport@isc2.org. The team will be able to assist you.
