Membership expiring help

My membership will expire on May 1st, 2025 because my owed AMF fee, but I've been unable to pay my AMF fee and I've called on the phone every day this week trying to get in contact, but the system has hung up on me after ~13min of waiting over thirteen times. Yes, I've also tried to press the "call me back" option on the phone and have gotten zero calls back, it's like ISC2 is avoiding my payment.

 

I've talked to chat support and they've offered no help, I've email customer support to only get the same reply to "clear cache and try again" but there is no method in my profile or dashboard to pay my AMF fee. I know this isn't the issue because I've logged in with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on three different PCs and even tried from my phone. It cannot be a "cache issue" with that many devices and two of the laptops I logged in for the 1st time ever on that device and the pay AMF button wasn't showing.

The site will not and had not allowed me to pay it. I am 100% willing and wanting to pay my AMF fee and keep my membership active, but I'm being prevent by the ISC2 website, support, and phone system. Please let me know how to pay my AMF and keep my membership active and actually contact me?

I sympathize. Fortunately my membership does not end so soon, but I have had the same experience. I have also tried clearing cache/cookies, incognito mode, different browsers, and different devices but still have the same issue. This issue had only started for me once they introduced the new dashboard.

Hi all,

 

Can you share - either in this thread or via PM - where the issues are occuring? Are you able to add the AMF payment to your cart? Once added to your cart, can you click on the cart in the upper right corner and then proceed to checkout? 

 

Screenshots of errors are helpful (again, PM is fine for privacy) and then we can relay to the team. 

 

For anyone facing issues, please follow the below directions before contacting support. 

If you encounter any issues with the ISC2 Dashboard or other new features on our website, please log out of isc2.org, clear your cache and close your browser. Then, reopen your browser and log in to isc2.org. This will resolve most user-reported issues and help improve your experience.
