Need support for cert and membership renewal..

Hi, I have paid AMF and all required CPE...but the dashboard still showing my payment is due..

I have tried submitted e-form, call hotline and the Live Chat...all no response. Can any one help..

 

Also, I deal to the problem I mentioned above. I have paid the AMF twice (i received 2 receipts), can ISC2 paid back the duplicated AMF to me? 

 

My cert will be supended in May (already included the 3 months grace period..), so it's very urgent, pls help ASAP.

Hello!

 

I can see that the team has received your emails and has a case open for you. They're working on resolving the issue with your dashboard not updating and they will be in touch directly (via email) when a solution has been reached. Thank you for your patience with us 🙂

 

As long as your AMF is paid and your CPE are up to date, your certification will not be suspended. For anyone who is unable to meet their requirements by the renewal date, please be aware that you have a 90-day grace period to catch up before suspension is implemented.
