It appears that my account Dashboard is unfortunately experiencing the common
“Error Message, An exception has occurred, Undefined error code”
My endorsement was recently approved, but now this is preventing me access to my dashboard so I can't submit my AMF payment. After looking at other community posts regarding this error, it appears as if this is common and related to a “back end” account setup issue and needs to be corrected by the technical staff. My Dashboard has had this error on it for a few months now, I believe it happened after I reset my password or when I changed my isc2 profile email to match my PearsonVue account, so this is most likely an account data issue that needs to be resolved.
I have linked screenshots that can hopefully help the technical staff.
Hope to resolve this issue ASAP.
